Terms of Service

The rules for using one Miorly account across Miorly products.

Updated 3 August 2026Draft 2026-08-03

This is a product-ready draft for the current Miorly ID service. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before legal reliance or a public launch. The Miorly Group legal entity, registered address, governing law, and dedicated legal contacts have not yet been published.

1.

Scope

Miorly ID is the shared account service for Miorly products. It provides sign-in, account security, profile preferences, consent records, and controlled access to connected Miorly services.

A connected product may have additional product-specific rules. Those rules apply alongside these terms when you use that product.

2.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and use only accounts you are authorised to use. Do not sell, transfer, share, or rent access to your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in methods and for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report a suspected compromise.

3.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, security monitoring, or product restrictions. Do not probe, scrape at scale, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, introduce malware, or access another person’s data without permission.

Do not impersonate another person, use deceptive identity information, create accounts for fraud or spam, or use Miorly ID to facilitate illegal activity.

4.

Suspension and changes

Miorly may restrict or suspend access where it reasonably believes an account, sign-in method, or connected product is being misused, compromised, or used in breach of these terms.

We may change the service or these terms. Material changes should be presented through the service before they take effect where required by applicable law.

5.

Legal status and contact

The operator, governing law, dispute process, and legal contact must be completed before relying on these terms in production. This draft deliberately does not invent those details.

Use the account controls for access, correction, export, and deletion requests. A dedicated support and legal contact channel must be published before public launch.
